Local knowledge. National scale.
Finance, accounting, and student data support for charter, independent, and district schools.

Local knowledge
Charter schools get local experts who know their state’s funding, authorizers, and deadlines. Independent schools nationwide get a dedicated team that knows tuition, aid, fundraising, and board reporting.
Our services
Teaching happens in the classroom. Behind the scenes, someone has to close the books, forecast the cash, keep student records clean, and plan for facilities. That is our work, so your team can stay focused on students.

How we work
Your dedicated EdOps team pairs strategic insight with hands-on work in budgeting, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and student data. We bring what we learn across more than 100 schools to every close, budget, and board meeting.
Tell us what you need and we will connect you with the right people on our team.

Meadowview is a Pre-K to 8th grade charter school in the Midwest serving more than 700 students, every one of whom qualifies for free or reduced-price meals. EdOps began working with the school in 2018-19, with one shared goal: fewer students left Below Basic in reading.
Illustration of 480 tested students in grades 3 to 8. In spring 2018, 26% scored Below Basic in reading. EdOps estimated each student's probability of scoring Below Basic and tracked it through each data cycle. By spring 2019 the rate fell to 16%, twice the goal of reaching 21%.
Each dot is a tested student in grades 3 to 8. Rings are students who scored Below Basic.
EdOps combined monthly interim results with prior state tests to estimate each student's chance of scoring Below Basic. Outcomes stopped looking settled.
Shrink Below Basic in reading from 26% to 21% or better. Every data meeting started there.
After each interim round, leaders asked which grades and classrooms were furthest from goal, then moved time and attention there.
Interventionists worked on the specific skills each student was missing, like writing prompts in 4th grade.
A 10-point drop in one year. Math moved from 38% to 34%, one point short of its target.

This sample covers the hero and the Meadowview story. Still to come from the storyboard: the three service transformations, proof, team, and the closing resolve into the EdOps mark. All copy is draft.
